[dns-operations] Reverse Lookup Problem?

ns.ripe.net is lame for 135.218.82.in-addr.arpa.

The solution might be to de-list ns.ripe.net as a server for that 
zone.  I bet that the maintainer of the record in the RIPE database 
just assumed that the zone would be slaved on ns.ripe.net and added 
it.  (RIPE has/had a policy of slaving /16's.)
