[dns-operations] Chicago DNS Operations Meeting Remote Participation

For those of you not able to make it to Chicago this week, I'm pleased
to confirm remote participation in the meeting will be possible.

This will be as follows:

  This will be in quicktime format, but should also be viewable using
  VLC. We plan to publish URLs which can be used directly with media
  clients between now and the start of the meeting.

  Note that other (e.g. non-US) access numbers and facilities for this
  are available, please contact me if you plan to participate by phone.
