[dns-operations] Strange wildcard in ".tm"

Are you discontented because wildcards doesn't work under .tm or because
they have wildcards? ;)

Seriously: do you have a list of TLDs supporing (today; in the past and when
they have implemented it) wildcards. I'm curious how wildcards "business"
spread in DNS.

Many TLDs have wildcards, despite warnings like
http://www.iab.org/documents/docs/2003-09-20-dns-wildcards.html. But
they typically return the IP address of a Web server with ads, search
engine, etc.

For two days, ".tm" has a wildcard which returns an IP address which
seems dead. It does not reply to any protocol. Very painful when you
make a typo. (Reported to the hostmaster.]

[Note also the strange TTL.]
