[dns-operations] Problems in AERO?

I emailed the SOA RNAME mailbox. www.nic.aero wasn't working for me to
find a better contact, or more specifically all its links seem to go to
www.information.aero which isn't working for me. When my cache fetched the
information.aero NS RRset it had one NS (dns3.tuonome.it 194.244.66.2) and
it's lame:

The customer was reporting the problem via their registrar so it may be
working its way through the machinery from that side.
