[dns-operations] something came up on dnsop today that is interesting to us here

i've been asked by several people to host an online study group (private
mailing list) to discuss this issue.  it's buried in the middle of a thread
that appears to be about SPF, but i don't care about SPF either way.  i'm
not going to say a lot more in public, but everything you need to fear is
told in the two attached messages.

drop me a note if you'd like to be part of this (closed, vetted) study group.
