if your software can't do the right thing, you can either buy more hardware
or change your software.  log a bug report against msdns, to start with.  run
BIND on your windows system, or run vmware on your windows system so you can
run more than one copy of windows and an msdns instance on each one.  but do
not, please, complain that because the software you've chosen doesn't support
the right thing, that there's a problem with the definition of "right thing".
