I disagree that you can force me to publish IPv6, DNSSec, IDN or any  
zone file
that has the potential of returning answers > 512 bytes.

And it's MY choice to support any of those in my published zones.

If I choose NOT to, I have zero reason for TCP or EDNS0 queries.
