[Collisions] OARC Mailing List Cleanup

Hello.

OARC is currently reviewing mailings lists that we administer.  Given that this list has shown no activity in several years, we are considering removing it.  If anyone has any reason why we should not, please respond to this thread by March 13th.  If we haven’t seen any indication that anyone would prefer to keep it around it will be removed shortly after that date.
