[Collisions] Ressource management on AN1

Hi,

I am currently running some code on an1.dns-oarc.net using all CPUs. My
user name is dmigault. I would like to let other users know that if they
need some resources, they can modify the number of CPU I am using by
changing the value in /tmp/CPU.

The current value can be checked by typing:
cat /tmp/CPU

If someone needs CPUs it can easily reduce this number to 32 for example by
typing:
echo "32" > /tmp/CPU
