[Collisions] Relocation of DITL 2013 data

All,

 	In preparation for the upcoming DITL 2014 event, DITL 2013 data 
will be relocated to a different fileserver.  This data may now be found 
on the /mnt/oarc-pool4 directory of the analysis servers.  As of February 
24, 2014, the /mnt/oarc-pool2 directory will no longer have this data.
