We want to run the operator's AS112, which can not only provide DNS services to our own customers, but also link with AS112 to provide customers with secure and stable DNS services. Please help with suggestions, thank you.

Hi Mu,
Individual operators can set up and operate their own AS112 nodes without asking for permission from anybody or coordinating with any other AS112 operator.
