[as112-ops] Setting up AS112 peering sessions

The problem is that as112 breaks assumptions that networks build into 
their interconnection metainfo data models, one of which is that an ASN 
has a single set of contacts.  This aligns with the peeringdb model, 
which many larger networks now require as a prerequisite for peering at 
ixps.
