[as112-ops] New Site in Production

I believe I have handled all of the bug reports and data-change requests (with one exception, you know who you are). If I have missed anything please accept my apologies, and blame trying to use a long email thread as a TODO list as the cause. If anyone knows of outstanding issues, or finds a new one, please send a new email (don't reply to this, start a new thread) and email me at ops at as112.net. I will get to it next week.

The site has been pushed to production. You _should_ now see the new site replacing the old one at <https://www.as112.net/>. Again, if there are any problems, please email us at ops at as112.net.

And finally... I neglected to mention one key feature of the new site: it is built translation-ready. All of the site content, with the exception of the How-To documents, is available to a gettext-based localization file using the Babel python library. We don't have any immediate plans for how to take advantage of that, but I'm putting it out there in case we have any very keen operators who want to try their hand at doing translation.

I probably won't do much more than the usual data maintenance or handling of bug reports in the next couple of weeks, as OARC is approaching our Annual General Meeting. After that I'm on vacation for several weeks. If any interesting suggestions come in between now and mid-November I'll try to catch up when I'm back.
