in PeeringDB we can only document AS112 nodes that are connected to Internet 
Exchange Points. I do not see an IXP for "Vetta". For me it seems to be an 
AS112 node that is hosted in the network of Vetta Online Ltd. This can be 
added to the ops listing, but not to PeeringDB.
