[as112-ops] AS112 node connected to BelgiumIX

Hello Christian,

It seems that there is not France-IX Paris/Marseille or Sfinx entry for
AS112. Those are listed on Hivane's peeringDB entry, on the comment
section: https://www.peeringdb.com/asn/34019

Equinix Paris is listed. Could you add the missing ones ?
