[as112-ops] as112.net website - add RFC 8375

Hi AS112 aficionados/operators,

The website https://www.as112.net/ mentions home.arpa, which is good, and
news to me as of today (almost 4 years behind, lol).

We should add a reference to RFC 8375 and a link to the RFC:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc8375

RFC 8375 in section 7 and 8 explains why we should all be seeing queries
for home.arpa at our AS112 servers.

(If there's a better way to contact the website maintainer, please let me
know)
