[as112-ops] Cloudflare is joining the AS112 project

Hey Hunts,

Are there plans at Cloudflare to expose AS112 query statistics? Since
cloudflare has announced prefixes a lot of the interesting statistics
have disappeared into cloudflare's instance[s]. It would be nice to
have them back!
