[as112-ops] ROA for AS112 prefixes

Hi Akira,

This issue has been revisited about once a year, and I believe DNS-OARC 
is slowly working on some solution. However, there is a big problem:

Most AS112 addresses are assigned directly by IANA, but ROAs can only be 
created for address space assigned by RIRs.

A couple of years ago I suggested that RIPE could start signing ROAs for 
IANA's address space, but this met with some opposition. Perhaps we 
should try asking APNIC to do it instead?

Anyway, "UNKNOWN" status routes shouldn't be getting filtered by anyone, 
but why do those error messages reference AS7500 which shouldn't be an 
origin for these routes?
