[as112-ops] Route6 object added under AS112 origin

For what it's worth, pretty much anybody can say they are part of the AS112 project, and nobody can reliably claim otherwise. 

However, the number resources and domain name are looked after by DNS-OARC, so there is a plausible spokesperson at least for the rest of the non-affiliated horde.
