[as112-ops] List of all the zones AS112 should be authoritative for?

Greetings,

I'm working on spinning up a local AS112 node for our IXP, and looking
through as much documentation as I can find, I only see mention of
home.arpa in the https://www.as112.net/ news section, and see the NS
records in the arpa. zone, but see no mention of it in any of the
sample configs or published RFCs (which is somewhat understandable
since I think they predate the delegation of home.arpa.)

My concern is that the list of zones on the front page, which does
include home.arpa, doesn't include empty.as112.arpa, so also doesn't
seem to be complete?

This is what I've currently got for zones my node should be
authoritative for:
https://github.com/PhirePhly/as112-ixp-ansible/blob/master/templates/bind/named.conf.local

Am I missing any other zones that have been added and not been rolled
out to all the documentation? Is there any other glaring issues with
my BIND configs in that folder? Any strong opinions on me not
bothering to implement the optional LOC records?
