And once we give it a home, I'd also suggest including the URL where the document can be found.
I'm undecided on whether that home should be on the AS112 web site, or on the OARC web site as the resource stewards. The reason I might lean toward the OARC web site is that it may help with verification of its authenticity.

That was suggested a few months ago, and it's on the list. Unfortunately, slow Fridays are in short supply... and reserved for non-service-affecting changes anyway. :) I will try and get to this in the next couple of months.

It could. I've been making slow changes to update it and clean it up a bit, but there's a lot there to fix up.
