I must be thinking about things wrong.  I feel like an old salvage (or 
even a Raspberry Pi) could function as an AS112 node for smaller operations.

I don't think that it even requires BGP to sink and properly respond to 
rogue queries.  It just requires routes from clients to it.

Obviously this is not the level of a public AS112 node.

What am I missing?
