[as112-ops] New AS112 node (sort of)

They didn’t do that for the previous prefixes, but it seems that it’s
now in the process

	The following blocks are registered to a different company, and
we do not see them announced globally from your ASN. When neither of
these criteria are met, we require an LOA from the owner of the block
authorizing your company to announce their IP space. You can submit the
LOA by email as a signed PDF to eu-support at cogentco.com, or by fax to
+49 69 2998 9666.

And AS112 is listed in AS-GRIFON

Also, grifon is not currently listed in https://www.as112.net/ops-listing.html
Perhaps it could help to tell to cogent that I’m legitimate?
