[as112-ops] AS112 at MSK-IX

Dear all,

Could you help me and explain the procedure to update AS112 nodes list 
on the website at modern times?
https://www.as112.net/ops-listing.html

According description, page updated monthly(approximately). Our node 
still not visible.
