[as112-ops] New AS112 Nodes

Dear AS112 Operators,

DE-CIX started operating AS112 nodes at DE-CIX Frankfurt (Frankfurt, Germany) and DE-CIX Hamburg (Hamburg, Germany). The AS112 nodes peer directly with the route servers (so, no transit AS) and are available to all peers. The AS112 are only reachable via the IXP peering LAN (so I suggest no unicast addresses should be published as reachability is limited).

Additional DE-CIX IXPs might be added in the near future and announced separately.

Could you please list the new nodes to the website?
