[as112-ops] New AS112 node @ UnitedIX ChIX

We’ve been operating an AS112 node on the ChIX exchange in Chicago, IL USA, but have now started peering it with the route servers, so it’s readily available for all exchange participants. As such, it has no transit, but you could list 33713 if you wanted, and no unicast address. Feel free to add it to the operators list.

We have just updated it to be rfc 7534 compliant and added home.arpa to it as well.
