[as112-ops] Request to add home.arpa to AS112 repertoire

Hello,

the AS112 node of IN-Berlin e.V. has also been updated to be authoritative for
home.arpa.

Please note that the unicast addresses for our AS112 node has changed from

192.109.42.100 and 2001:67c:1400:1200::1
to
217.197.83.145 and 2001:67c:1400:2060::112

The transit ASN cannot really be specified as it is connected to several IXPs.
It's being operated by the AS29670 staff.

This was also my expectation. I assume that we won't get all AS112 nodes in
sync when adding new zones without DNAME redirection. As far as I know this
feature has been added for exactly this kind of additions.
