Dear AS112 operators:
As part of the IANA functions, we are concluding implementation of a new
RFC-to-be, draft-ietf-homenet-dot-14, which requires implementation of a
delegation of "home.arpa" to black hole servers, reading as follows:
In order to be fully functional, there must be a delegation of
'home.arpa.' in the '.arpa.' zone [RFC3172]. This delegation MUST
NOT include a DS record, and MUST point to one or more black hole
servers, for example 'blackhole-1.iana.org.' and 'blackhole-
2.iana.org.'. The reason that this delegation must not be signed is
that not signing the delegation breaks the DNSSEC chain of trust,

We are requesting AS112 operators, in accordance with RFC 7534, to
configure their AS112 nodes as soon as practical to answer queries for
this new zone on blackhole-[12].iana.org, so that we may delegate it in
the .arpa zone with those two NS records. The zone should be configured
with the "db.dd-empty" zone content described in RFC 7534.
Thank you in advance, and if you have any questions please do get in
touch, or respond back to this group.
Kindest regards,
Kim Davies
