[as112-ops] New AS112 node in Slovakia

Hello,

We (NIX.SK) would like to announce that we have added a new anycast node 
in Slovakia. Its unicast address is 80.94.51.77 (as112.nix.sk), and its 
transited by AS38949 (which is connected to NIX.SK, NIX.CZ).
