Hello Stefano,
AS112 is not managed by a single organization: there are many existing
nodes, and each one is managed by a different org.
It seems that you peer with a node in Switzerland, there, and there may
be some issues on it. I do not manage that particular node, I just
manage one in Paris, which is connected to FranceIX, Equinix Paris, and
Sfinx. Maybe you should try to route traffic towards another node ?
(btw: If you want to setup some peerings in Paris, feel free to ask in
private :-))
