[as112-ops] discarding request from Colt IP 217.111.216.206

Hello Team,

As per my subject, is it possible that DNS query coming from IP 217.111.216.20 owned by Colt are being discarded.

>From my test, I can see packets going out, but I can't see returning packet and host request goes in Time Out.

All the other kind of traffic is being correctly routed.
