[as112-ops] New AS112 node - INEX Cork

I won't lie, I tried DSC last week and just gave up.

Then, yesterday, with a xmas party hangover, I needed something to do
that wouldn't cause an outage, so I re-looked at this ;-)

The graphs are generated with Munin (local munin-node on both AS112
instances) using the built in bind_rndc plugin and an add on plugin from:

https://github.com/shuque/bind9stats

The Munin Master install is used just for this and the graphs generated
by cron to the web exposure is pure static HTML - no CGI or other
security risk.

The Wordpress install for INEX then just links to those static graphs.

Happy to do a more thorough how-to if anyone thinks it would be useful.
