Perhaps you should be explicit and say "the AS 112 operator mailing list
was consulted on 21-04-2016 and no objections were expressed"?
"AS 112 operators" without context could be interpreted as "2 or more
AS 112 operators" or possibly "all AS 112 operators". The first leaves
me wondering "*which* AS 112 operators". The second is obviously not
true, since we can't even know who all the AS 112 operators are. :)
