[as112-ops] RFC 7534 and RFC 7535 affecting AS112 operations published

I thought I'd upgrade our server during June or July. However, while 
working on our IXP route servers I noticed that the new prefixes aren't 
on the accepted prefix filter list for AS112 yet. This is because there 
aren't any route/route6 objects at RIPE DB (or any other IRR DB for that 
matter) for them yet.

And if our route server config generator scripts aren't picking the 
prefixes up, a number of our members' own scripts are sure to reject 
them as well...

How did we get the existing AS112 route objects into existence? We need 
to do that again, I guess.
