[as112-ops] RFC compliance for AS112 operators

Hi folks

 	In the most recent survey for AS112 I made some mention about the 
lack of information coming back in the TXT records for AS112 nodes.  It 
would be of benefit if the AS112 community take as part of their 
collective New Year's resolutions (best wish to all BTW) a moment to 
review the contents of the TXT records for their node, specifically the 
last example in section 3.5.

There is another survey already in the can for 2014 waiting to be 
processed, but in the meantime, here's the latest:
