[as112-ops] Setting up an as112 mirror

Hi,

Thanks to Frank's excellent writeup at
https://www.as112.net/as112-centos.html , I have setup a Centos 7 server,
which will be available on both v4 and v6.

We are multihomed, announcing AS 37989.  Behind this, I have the Centos
server, announcing AS 112.

When we setup peering with our upstreams, they usually ask us for IRR or
RIS, or in some cases, a Letter of Authority, to demonstrate that we own
the address space we announce.  How do I handle the 192.175.48.0/24 , as it
transits through AS 37989 upstream?
