[as112-ops] Latest probes for public AS112 nodes completed

Nothing new there and fairly consistent with relating coming from two 
different sources I have:

- open resolver queries
- automated trawling of known route-views sites

Mashing the two together agrees fairly well with the assertion stated 
below of the manual list.  Curiously the first source detected some nodes 
not globally routable.
