[as112-ops] Latest probes for public AS112 nodes completed

Hi folks,

 	About a year ago I did a long-term series of probes of open DNS 
servers to see where and how many AS112 nodes were out there.  At this 
point I can say a second run which started a little while ago has been 
completed.  I'm hoping to dedicate some cycles to coming up with another 
list like last and compare the two.  Stay tuned!
