 	This draft has been posted, and already there are some comments 
plus a suggested way to proceed by Joe Abley, over on the DNSOP working 
group.  If anyone has any comments regarding the draft and followup 
discussion on the mail archive, please subscribe to the DNS mailing list 
and post your comments there.
