[as112-ops] Discovering more AS112 nodes

Hi folks,

 	Out of sheer laziness I decided to write a small script that 
goes out to the various route-views sites and picks off both the IPv6 and 
IPv4 anycast routes advertised by AS112 nodes to aid in creating the 
operators list found on the as112.net website.

 	In starting this in July and now returning to it, I noted that it
would have been nice if there were DNS looking lgasses lying around - 
short of prodding open-recursive DNS servers on the Internet and asking 
them about the AS112 records to trace unknown nodes.  (I found one doing a 
quick search.)  Perhaps there's a trusted, existing effort that does this 
already and I can have the query piggybacked on it.

 	In any case, I hope to have this script done so I can automate the 
generation of the operators listing and I'm thinking of extending this to 
interrogate select looking glass sites as well...but I'll call that 
version 2.
