Thanks for the feedback Nick.  I'm working through the language for that a 
little bit, although I sense that the AS112 IPv6 draft would need a 
similar blurb.

I've also taken the liberty of feeding it through idnits, looks like the 
RFC3152 has been obsoleted among other things...
