My apologies Aleks, I should have addressed this earlier.
Yes... George's as112 draft is one part of this for sure. He's done some great work in identifying some of the issues IPv6 could potentially bring and presented Sunday at the OARC workshop (https://www.dns-oarc.net/files/workshop-201103/DNS-OARC-AS112-IPv6.pdf).
I gather the next step will be to formalize that proposal and officially ask for the delegations to occur.
