Yes, frequently.

Once upon a time I suggested writing an LOA in the form of an RFC which people could refer to. With hindsight, it might have been nice to include such a thing as an appendix to RFC6304.

In the mean time perhaps we could arrange for Autonomica to write us up a nice LOA which people could download from the as112 web page. (Autonomica, since the 192.175.48.0/24 route object in the RIPE db is maintained by NETNOD-MNT right now.)

Liman has been happy to add things to the AS112 aut-num in the past when asked. Maybe just ask him?
