Thanks for the feedback, below is a trace we were seeing, the first blackhole server not responding, and then the 2nd one responding as below;

You can use dig to see which AS112 server is responding to your network 
and hopefully if they followed the guidance in RFC 6304, you'll find out 
who runs it and contact them directly.

Some years ago I recall Bell used the ISC as112 instance in San Jose.

blackhole or configure the reverse zones for private addressing internal to avoid slow response from blackhole servers on the internet, which we plan to do soon, but if you can shed some light if there were any issues in the past 10 days that would be highly appreciated.
