Be sure that you have confirmed that the servers which are giving you trouble are operated by the people you think they are. You might already have done that, but just in case (and to anybody else watching who might ever like to cut and paste this into a reply from some confused AS112 customer) here's a worked example.
From my laptop here:
[krill:~]% traceroute prisoner.iana.org
traceroute to prisoner.iana.org (192.175.48.1), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets
1 office.r1.owls.hopcount.ca (199.212.90.1) 2.810 ms 2.745 ms 2.420 ms
2 lo-100.erx03.tor.packetflow.ca (206.248.154.101) 19.921 ms 15.775 ms 15.308 ms
3 2110.ae0.bdr01.tor.packetflow.ca (69.196.136.34) 31.803 ms 13.070 ms 12.253 ms
4 198.32.245.84 (198.32.245.84) 34.826 ms 34.469 ms 34.984 ms
5 prisoner.iana.org (192.175.48.1) 33.747 ms 34.287 ms 33.674 ms
[krill:~]%
(this indicates to me that the server is somewhat local, and since I know that 198.32.245.0 is used at the Toronto Internet Exchange the AS112 server I'm seeing is operated by someone connected to that exchange fabric. Other exchanges are better at reverse DNS. Bell doesn't peer at the TorIX, so you'll see the traceroute go somewhere else.)
[krill:~]% dig @prisoner.iana.org hostname.bind ch txt +short
"ns2b.app6.yyz1.afilias-nst.info"
[krill:~]% dig @prisoner.iana.org id.server ch txt +short
"ns2a.app2.yyz1.afilias-nst.info 20110803194118 0000"
[krill:~]%
(These results show me that the server name is actually something that ends in "afilias-nst.info". Looking up that domain gives me an organisation name ("Afilias Limited") and phone numbers in Dublin.)
[krill:~]% dig @prisoner.iana.org hostname.as112.net txt +short
"Afilias Global Registry Services"
"Service provided in multiple locations"
"See http://as112.net/ for more information."
[krill:~]%
(This confirms the name of the organisation, but doesn't give me any more contact information. Probably if I called the Dublin number often enough I'd get hold of someone who would tell me that the technical staff are in Toronto, and they'd give me an e-mail address or a phone number to reach them. Maybe if I clicked through the http://as112.net/ link I'd find something useful.)
Afilias people, you might think about updating your domain tech contact information unless you really want technical enquiries to hit the front desk in the Irish office.
Your results will no doubt differ because you are connected to a different network, but the general workflow you follow might be similar.
Note that the actual server you are using can change from time to time, so it's worth re-checking each time you experience problems.
Joe
