It's publically 'strange':  It doesn't have any Internet access, so it 
isn't available to the whole Internet, yet it is heard across most all the 
research networks and at one IX.  So as an AS112 node it fufils its task 
properly, but exporting stats and such requires a great deal of gymnastics 
to achieve.
