I suspect that meddling with the text of the existing drafts at this stage would make it even harder for them to proceed, although it does seem possible that reminding the working group as a whole about the subject matter might encourage the chairs to leap into action (which as I understand it is all we are waiting for).

I'd be happy to throw some text into a third draft on the particular topic of IPv6-related delegations to the AS112 servers as a starting point. Perhaps floating such a draft would be a good way of politely reminding the wg about the subject matter without overtly mentioning the slow progress by the chairs.
