[as112-ops] AS112 and IPv6

Hello!

 	I don't think it is a bad idea if the AS112 were granted the 
delegation for those and more.  I'm also thinking about IPv6 transport for 
those nodes that could be reached via IPv6.  But that would require an 
Internet Draft for the IETF and definitely IANA's involvement I suspect, 
and the other AS112 drafts have been stalled in limbo for a while now.

 	All to say I'm all for it.  How about other operators here?  have 
you seen lookups that could be considered candidates for AS112 or should 
be fixed through other venues instead of just delegating to AS112?
