FYI.  There is some consensus building around this date.  For those that 
don't know what 'DITL' is, point your web browser to this site:

It would be great to get more AS112 operators to contribute data.

How would everyone feel about holding "DITL 2010" during April 13,14,15?  This is
about two weeks later than last year, but it coincides with the largest group
of root servers switching over to DURZ.  B,C,F,G,H will convert on the 14th, and
root operators will be collecting on this day anyway. On April 15 only J-root will
be non-DURZ.

I realize this is also tax deadline day in the U.S., but I don't think thats a
reason to avoid it.

Any other opinions?
