[as112-ops] New AS112 node in Paris, France

Hi,

We (Hivane) are happy to announce that we have added a new anycast node
in France a few days ago. Its unicast address is 193.17.192.194
(as112.hivane.net), and its transited by AS34019 (which is connected to
Parix, Equinix-PA2, Sfinx, FranceIX, and PaNAP).

It gets more or less 1500 queries/s (statistics available here:
http://noc.hivane.net/cgi-bin/dsc-grapher.pl?plot=bynode&server=as112 )
